Today I had the pleasure of visiting Ms. Young's "Get Published" class at the Gilmore Academy in Brockton, MA. Wonderful students, very talented aspiring authors and illustrators! Here I am showing them the F and Gs (folded and gathered) from Ocean Counting Odd Numbers. This is what a 32 page picture book looks like before it is bound! Two large sheets of paper printed on both sides.

I have never actually seen any of my books at this stage, though I have seen plenty of diagrams telling me how it would be done!
